Brand New Vehicle not working

I purchased a Hyundai I30 1.6 GLS/Premium, 2013 model on 14 May 2013 which was in working condition however on 08 June 2013 at the Rebecca Crematorium, Pretoria the vehicle would not move at all. My husband tried numerous occasions to figure out the problem but the vehicle would not move. I called Hyundai road side assistance line and no one pitched up after two hours. The reference number is RSA269148. Eventually my husband eventually contacted a friend and he assisted us to tow the vehicle, I called the RSA again to inform them that the vehicle is at my mother in laws home. They informed me that the car will only be collected on 10 June 2013, I did not qualify for a courtesy vehicle as I am not 100km's from home which needless to say that I was upset. The consultant never called me up until 11 June 2013 and time is 11:30 a.m. Also when one of the employees put up my number plates and it waa not done good and he even scratched my car which I reported the same day, up until now nothing was done. I would appreciate asstance urgently because I am very disappointed and carless.
