No after sale service/bad service

I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus 1.6 Ti Vct Trend (demo) from Imperial Ford & Mazda in the month of April 2013. Before taking delivery of the vehicle, a verbal agreement between myself and Kevin Lewis was made, according to my terms. If I decide to purchase the vehicle he would add an extra service to the deal. I then enquired about adding the optional pack to the vehicle. He confidently said yes to both the extra service and the optional pack cost (R17500). Promises was made and never kept. After taking delivery, He could not remember the deal we made of adding the extra service. The entire optional pack was not added. No leather steering and gear knob, no rain sensitive wipers, no follow me home lights. Before taking delivery I decided not to take the car but he insisted stating that he already ordered the body kit, he was quite upset. I thought since he already ordered the optional pack I might aswel take it. The not so funny thing is that I took delivery on the 5th April, today the 10th June, No bodykit, what was the use, could have left the car. Now what do I do, nobody contacts me, I paid for all of it but feel robbed. There is so much more, need more characters.
