Car damage not disclosed at point of Sale

In Dec 2010 I purchased a supposedly Brand new KIA Cerato 2.0 Manual, Light Graphite in Colour.
The excitement and euphoria of purchasing my first brand new car was overwhelming, little that I know that the people at the Pinetown branch covered up damage that happened to my vehicle on the left rear fender and bumper, they resprayed it and at that time was not very visible and sold it as brand new, now 2 years later I am trying to trade the vehicle for a new one and all dealers are telling me that this car was damaged and resprayed.

I did notice some paintwork distortions a few weeks after the sale and I emailed Loretta Govender numerous times and never got a reply, I tried calling the dealership but never got a response. Eventually I gave up.

Now I am extremely upset as I have taken care of that vehicle and kept it in prestine condition, never been in an accident or driven negligently only for this to come back and haunt me.

I want answers from KIA as to what happened with this vehicle and the devious nature of their dealings!
