BMW South Africa does not keep any spare radiators for their S100RR motorbike in South Africa. I have been waiting for this to arrive apparently from Germany for the last 6 weeks. The local branch reports that they have no way of knowing when this spare will arrive.
So the wait can even be longer. I registered my concern through their CRM department and that did me no good at all, not even a courtesy call back to explain the situation. Clearly, they do not take their customers concerns seriously. So if you own a S1000RR watch out, should you have an issue with your bike you may be in for a long wait.
