Poor Service And Business Operations

I purchased the Monza 250 motorbike last year on layby from MotoMia Hillfox.

After putting 3000 km on the clock all the fluid in my shocks had leaked out and i could feel some sort of corrosion or wear on the back side of the shocks, I had confronted Jared and he told me it will only be? 7 days to get replacement parts, I could not leave my bike there as it is my transport to work.

The next week i had a accident, Knowing my situation Jared still told me I loose my Warranty of getting my Shocks. So I left Hillfox and Went to Hatfield to Purchase my spares 13 December 2013 i was told? 7 days for my parts to arrive after countless phoning and going into the Branch myself I still don't have my spares.

I Phoned again on the 16 January 2014 Jonathan assured me that my spare parts will arrive on Friday 17 January 2014 and still i have heard nothing or have my spares.

The SERVICE and PRODUCTS i have received from MOTOMIA has been TERRIBLE!!!
