I brought a ford kuga titanium edition which is advertised with a rear view camera, when i received the car there this was not activated but got confirmed by the ford sales teams - it was concluded that when I fetch my number plates it will be checked. however when I came to fetch my plates I got informed that the rear view camera is not there and I would be referred to Ford South Africa... this was over a month ago... in addition to this the drivers window is above unacceptable noise level - this has been confirmed with the workshop manager... unfortunately until now I have neither heard back from pre-sales, workshop or the dealer.
it is frustrating since ever this car was brought for all the gadgets it has within
I am under the impression that I am dealing with firstly false advertisement - which in itself is illegal and secondly with a miserable customer service from Ford Action and Ford itself.
I will take this further to the consumer board
