In April this year I purchased a BMW from this dealership, which was probably my first mistake, I should have just gone straight to BMW. After the deal was done and I finally got to take the car home (after a coupla trips back to the dealership for towbar and Bluetooth fittings), I noticed the following: the passenger side window button didn't work, there was a sticky white substance on the back seat, the Bluetooth hands free kit only worked when the car's headlights were on. The sales manager who had made his annoyance with my many emails and calls to him clear by now, indicated that its now up to BMW to order the parts necessary and the rest of issues would be attended to at the same time. This was 5 weeks ago...
