After 2 months of issues with my Polo Vivo (needed repairs which took over 3 weeks when I was told it would take one; and was another nightmare of poor service delivery in itself, even after following up with someone from Customer Care in PE), my car has now been booked in for its annual service (which I was told by Willem Byleveldt, Adrian van der Heever and the service desk had been done while it was in for repairs, as requested!!!). My husband dropped my car off this morning and requested a loan car as I arranged with Mr Byleveldt the previous day. He was then told there was no loan car and that I had not requested one! Mr Byleveldt & Mr Heever have both given me bad service and not followed up on my complaints. The service I have received at Lindsay Saker Rivonia has been atrocious!!
