Have a maintenance plan & go to VW Mccarthy Constantia EVERY time. Being a woman driver I book my car in for ANY noise or rattle it makes having a maintenance plan gives me peace of mind!
Mon 3 June called VW to book my car, started hearing a scratching sound when I brake.
Wed 5 June 7am book car in.
12pm Danie calls my husband the break pads are worn and damaged 1 disk I must have been driving my car for WEEKS making this noise I must pay for this cause of my negligence it is not covered! Danie will follow up with VW SA to find out if they will cover and get back to me. Why would I NOT make use of something I paid for and drive for weeks with this horrible noise when I brake? This is not where it ends
3pm Danie claims no feedbank from VW SA
4pm I now have to call VW SA to find out what is going on PATHETIC, Karen says she wil get back to us
4:45pm warranties depart is closed, sorry we will have to get back to you tomorrow, JUST PAY and we will sort it out tomorrow!
Yes sure I have R2888 in my pocket no problem!
Thu 6 June 12:48 still no feedback from Mccarthy or VW, but minus R2888 for me! NEVER EVER go to VW Constantia and NEVER by a VW - PATHETIC SERVICE!
