Not gonna expect any sort of response from sanrose cause that seems to be thier attitude in everything they do. It took them almost 2 months to repair a minor crack on the bumper and replace the bumper spoiler. If I did not start pestering them almost daily I would most likely still be waiting. Calls are not returned, mails do not get replied on. When I finally did get my car back I noticed that they had broken the airvent cover. No apologies, no let us replace it, they simply took it out, tried to fix it, said its fine and goodbye and quite honestly i prefer it that way, cause to have to deal with them again would be a nightmare. The battery of my car went flat (most likely due to the vehicle never being started during the two months), they used my jumper cables, and then simply left them lying around in the boot not even replacing them where they found them. Also don't accidentally leave any valuables in the car, they won't be there when you get your car back, as i found out with my sunglasses. Yes they do have a disclaimer and warning, but you would think that a company like that would have honest people working for them, don't be fooled!!!
