Extremely disappointed that I had to wait approx. 2 months for a part for a VW Polo. On top of that the support received from the CIC was almost non-existent. No one could get to the root of the problem. No effort was applied in trying to minimise inconvenience caused to me as the client. I incurred significant financial loss as a result of the late delivery of the part. Very, very bad service. The main reason that I purchased a VW was easy availability of spares. I would advise prospective puchasers to look elsewhere before purchasing a VW. Gareth
