On 3 June I booked my car in for a service at late notice and Suzuki West Rand were more than happy to help. I dropped my car off in the morning and was picked up by my wife. I asked that a driver picks me up in the afternoon in Muldersdrift as soon as the car was ready.
I was attending a conference that day and the service manager (Mannie Marques) was aware of this. Mannie ended up delivering the car to me which was very convenient as I did not miss a lecture.
I will never take my Suzuki anywhere else and would like to compliment Suzuki West Rand for their great service. Mannie Marques was amicable and very helpful throughout. These traits are essential for service centre managers and in this regard Mannie is a great asset to Suzuki.
