Bad Service - Unable to Delive

Had my vehicle booked in for some touch up work done to the bumper (Groupon deal) and bonnet (additional quote) was promised and guaranteed that they would be able to rectify the flaws and imperfections to the body panels, i wasn't happy with the workmanship and quality of service, resulting in more defects - industry terms - Fish eyes and Edge mapping on the bonnet and imperfections on the bumper... expressed my dissatisfaction with the branch manager (Conrad) about the poor quality of workmanship, he apologized and said that unfortunately that was the best they could do, i decided to take the vehicle knowing that i wasn't happy with the work, i had other commitments and required the vehicle to attend a funeral in Paarl, the manager wrote a agreement that they would accommodate me at a later stage to correct the flaw and imperfections, the next week i took the vehicle to two other branches in Bellville and Durban Road for assessment, both were not happy with the quality of the workmanship, rebooked the vehicle back at Town, gave them a grace period of three days, but still could not deliver, its now Friday and i am still without my vehicle - be warned and stay away!!!
