Car Service: My Nissa Murano (TYM 115 GP)

On the 16th of May I booked my car for what was supposed to be a 120 000 KM service. I was asked whether I had a Service Plan, and I advised that I did, and with Liquid Capital. At 10 am of that morning I received a call from Simone, informing me that she got a green light from Liquid Capital. Later that day I received another call informing me that my car had not been worked on and Nissan was finalising the account with Liquid Capital, and that an EFT payment would be made regarding the job and that it might take a while for the payment to come through. I was made to choose between having to drive my car un-serviced or have Nissan keep it while waiting for payment. I chose to collect the car, however was promised that they would call me as soon as payment was made. NO One called me to give me feedback, so on the 21st of May I called and was told I would be called once everything was finalised. I waited, still no call came. on the 30th of May I decided to call again, what disturbed me was that Ettiene had no recollection of my car model /registration. Meaning he had not been following up as he promised. When I raised this concern he told that he gets 20 cars a day. UNACCEPTABLE!
