I would like to Thank Ronel Botha, at Standardbank Alberton, for the excellent customer service I have received. There was an issue with a student loan application and she was allotted with the task of assisting me. She was absolutely professional and gave constant feedback regarding the status of the application.
The issue was resolved and she informed me immediately. I was not even concerned because I knew it was in her more than capable hands. She really is an asset to Standard Bank and she really helps her customers move forward.
