No customer services after buying brand new ca

Hi,

I have lodged a complaint with Hyundai Centurion by sending the dealer principle an email this morning.

I bought the car on the 30th of November 2012. I paid 240k for the car brand new. I have problems with the brakes, wind noise as well as a major rattling noise in the dashboard. I took the car back on the 20th of December and both Midrand and Centurion told me that they are too busy to help me. I was supposed to book in the car in the new year. I waited in anticipation for them to phone me in the new year to let me know when I can bring it in. Nothing. After trying to book it in on the 16th of January I was once again told by Lizette that she is too busy to help me.

My problems are as follows:

brakes making grinding noises and scratching discs
wind noise coming from windshield
tracker possibly loose and rattling in dashboard
havent received my wheel caps since I purchased the car
no number plates yet and my permit expired a month ago already

I keep being told someone will let me know asap so that I can bring the car in. I was promised to receive a phone call from Johannes on the 17th of Jan. Nothing.

I sent an email to the DP and havent received a response yet.
