Repairs/Servicing and Bad Attitude

I would like to express my greatest regret of taking my car for light (s) wiring and major service at Autolink - Meyerton.
My Dad dropped off the car on 24th May and later during the day I got a call with a quote that entailed all that was wrong with the car:
Front Stabilizer, Control Arm Bush front and Rear, engine mounting, lower ball joint, shock mounting, lambda sensor, cv joints, side shaft seal.
All of this amounted to R11, 602.50 and I requested that they re work the list according to priority as I couldn't afford to pay for all these at once.
That was done accordingly and 'service' or working on the car began...
The car was there for 2 days. (24th May - 26th May)
Upon collection (26th May 09H00) the bill was R3, 965.00 for the re worked list.
Now here comes the big problem which puzzled me... just before I paid, I am told the window mechanism doesn't work anymore. It just packed up this morning in the washing bay (but the car was ready yesterday 5 o'clock already for collection and I decided to pick it up the next day).
I dispute this and I am told its wear and tear! Fine! I leave it with a sore heart, leaving me with driver and rear left windows only working.
