Figo a huge disappointment

We bought a Ford Figo about a year ago, much to my dismay currently. We have had endless problem with this brand new car since the beginning. We took it back to two different dealers. Each time they keep it there to check for a day or more, load software, change settings. Still nothing good comes out of it. I have up to date not received a book for the car, so I have no proof of the 1st service and not sure if I will have any warranty on the car because of this? The car IS NOT what they promise it to be, very economic or efficient on fuel as they claim. I can hardly get 390k's on a full tank of fuel, which is 45 litre. So this works out to an astronomical efficiency of 8.6 k's to a litre. Very nice hey??? I bought this car for my wife for a first time experience of having a new car, but that was soon turned into disappointment. The car runs very hot, the fan continuously comes on and in the beginning the high heat alarm came on continuously. That was fixed at least. I have sent complaints to Ford SA with now response, so I resorted to hellopeter now to see what happens. I wish I never bought this car and hope I can be assisted in this matter to boost my confidence in Ford again
