I am writing on behalf of a 74 year old lady who packed up and moved back to the UK in December 2012 - her household, as well as all of her personal documentation was supposed to be shipped with Jack Wellsted and Co. She has been here in the UK since december and has tried phoning and emailing them for a contact to find her good. Needless to say, no luck.
We spoke to another woman who was also shipping out with JW & Co and her son went to the harbour to check what was going on and their good were in lockup and he was told they would be shipped when JW & co paid. When they approached the insurance agents too they were told the same thing.
It seems there is lots of containers waiting for delivery - where are they???
