My report of 28 Feb refers.
We still have no answer on when we are going to be refunded. My husband has even phoned Mr Keith Plekker (Regional Manager of AMH), but (surprise!) he is also never available. My husband has left 2 messages for him, but still no phone call.
We even said that we would accept R8000, but after almost 3 months of waiting, we want the full R12 000.
If we don't have our money by the latest Tuesday the 28th of May (exactly 3 months after this matter was taken up), we are going to the ombudsman.!!!
