Poor Service Delivery

In August 2011, I bought a vehicle with the above mentioned company, within a month's time the passenger door wouldn't open. I immediately took the vehicle back to dealer for inspection. It was inspected and found the problem and promised to order a part from outside South Africa. I kept on calling them and they kept on promising that they are still waiting for that part to be delivered. After few months I phoned then again and I was told that I must do my own repairs and I will furnish them with the receipt/ invoice. I took the car to a dealership for repairs and I submitted the invoice with them. They have been sending me from pillar to post without making any reimbursement of my money that I have used to repair my vehicle. The saddest thing is that they are still promising to pay without any payment made.
