Deposit for Vehicle taken and not refunded

I paid a R2, 500.00 on the 08th February 2013 to hold the Mercedes E240 until my financing was approved, it was provisionally approved until I sent through a copy of my work contract which I did. I have since had no response from you.

I am happy if the vehicle has been sold or if my finance has not been approved, but please kindly refund me the deposit I paid?

My three past emails sent on the 03rd May, 08th May and 10th May, 11 May, 13 May 2013 have not been responded to and my telephone calls are not returned. It is now 3 months later and no one is responding to my emails or returning my phone calls, absolutely shocking business practice in my opinion.
