I'd applied for car finanincing from VW Hatfield. The financing was approved by ABSA but I never received the car as per the agreement. I was told what I later realized were and excuses concerning the car financing. I'd made a deposit of R7000 for the car. 1stly I was told my car had been sold and that I would have to wait for another car. I was later told they had a car but they had to reapply at ABSA for the financing to which I had to wait for another 7 days. I was then told that my financing declined however, a couple of days later they called to say that my financing was approved again. I was to come collect the car however, on the day of collection, they said their system was shut down & because of that I cannot receive the car. I asked for my refund from Ravi, the sales person responsible for the whole deal, to give me the contact for the person who was handling the banking/financing for my refund. Then I asked Ravi said he can't get hold of him himself, so he'll take responsibility and pay me. I'm only getting R1000, R500. So far he only paid R2500 and I don't know why I can't get my full refund all at once. I have recordings of our conversations with Ravi
