We purchased a car last year from this dealership and have had problems with it from day 1. We were instructed by the dealership last year to take the car from Mercedes Benz (Northcliff)- so that they would handle the repairs. To date the vehicle has not been repaired and we know discovered Rightway Auto Electrical (Sable Close)- is not even RMI approved - they advertise themselves to be. We can now no longer get a hold of either party and the car is still not repaired. We have lodged a complaint with the NCC and the Motor vehicle Ombuddsman and have had no joy. We continue to wait careless and refund less. We put in a request for a full refund last year within the stipulated by the CPA and have doors slammed in our faces.
