Business Manager - No manners or sales skills

I recently lost my car to, which was traumatic. I went to various car dealers to look for possibilities of purchasing a new car.
I found in the end that the Chevy Spark was the car I liked the most, the Sales person JP Vermaak was wonderful and helpful during the decision period.
When it came to purchasing the car a Business Manager suddenly stepped in and had the most off hand manner that was bordering on rude and offensive. After a time of looking at different finance options, I asked my bank to do a comparative option for me. Suddenly the Business manager Christelle became very defensive. It brought more stress to the situation and made the who process very negative and uncomfortable. An wonderful experience was made almost unbearable, I even considered just purchasing a car through a different company Toyota as they had better service. She almost lost the sales man his sale and in this economy I dont think people like that should be working in that industry
