I called the AA yesterday afternoon, as my car would not start at all! It was completely dead - and I had tried everything. Their first question was 'are you safe? ', then they proceeded with the detail. I was informed that someone was on their way to help. 45 minutes later, a nice gentleman (sorry, don't remember your name), arrived, asked me to try start the vehicle so he could see what lights were coming on. He then proceeded to lift the hood and charge the battery. This sorted my problem out as I was able to take my granddaughter home, and go to the garage to purchase a new battery, as I had a dead cell in my old one. Thanks for being so prompt and helpful! :)
