My wife was using the car and she works in Delmas, it did not want to start because the battery went dead. I contacted the AA and they sent one of their Agents in the area to jump start the car (thats all they had to do JUMPSTART) Minutes later my wife phoned me and say that the driver by the name of ALBANOS, REG KDP 037 GP from MINI MAXI cant get the car to start. I said he must try and take of the terminals and put them back on and see if it will work, HE DID NOT EVEN HAVE A SPANNER WITH HIM. He didnt even try to KICKSTART the car. After spending a few minutes there he left my wife, by herself and it was dark. WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO HER! I had to drive all the way from JHB to DELMAS just to (YES ONLY JUMPSTART!!!) the car, it took me a minute to do and the car started.
The AA need to do something about this agent (MINI MAXI) they use. They are useless and dont know what they doing. The guy wanted to make money out of me and tow the car. I knew it was just the battery and therefore refused. I use the AA probably ones a year if even, and this was disappointing. More than anything if the guy could atleast think about her safety!
