Bought a demo car, 3 months later I had to replace a brake disk which I had to pay for, they were not prepared to pay for, its been 7 months now and I've never had to use a spare tyre until last Saturday d 11 May 2013. Only to find out that the tyre had a leak. When I reported that to Suzuki again, I was told they will not be liable for the tyre replacement because the car has been in my possession for more than 6 months. The previous Service Manager old me he used the car and the Manager after him. So already more than 1 person had used the car before me which could have been damaged in between. Now as a customer I have to pay the price for buying a Demo Car from Suzuki Umhlanga. What happened to keeping customers happy and satisfied, are they running a ripping off business where they just want to get a sale and forget about the end user. This is just one dealership I'd deffinately would not be buying from in future. Service pathetic, I regret going back to Suzuki for my 6th car. I wouldn't even recommend that branch to my friends and colleuges. Deffinately customers service is not one of their mission statements
