I've been ttrying to get a qoute to service my car for the past three weeks. I initially spoke to a guy in the services department and he promised to email it the next day, but he didn't. I went back after two days and he said he had done it, but forgot to email it and couldn't. give me because it had expired. I went and spoke to the Acting Manager for slmething else and he said he will send ne the qoute himself. Up until this day nobody got back to me.
I understand they serve lots of customers, but 3 weeks is long overdue.

Is this how they treat their customers?
