Hi there. Why would you guys book my car for 2013/05/11 at 14:39... AFTER your operating hours? Why didn't the person that helped me make the booking let me know that you won't be open so I could make arrangements to have it brought in earlier? The reason I booked it for that particular day was because I cannot bring it in during the week.
