Car went in beginning of April for a service. One issue was that the accelerator was getting stuck. Said they fixed it, but today it's stuck permanently. Have to switch the car off to slow down. Phoned customer service and they said they can only tow the car and the problem will be looked at on Monday. On the website it states that there is 24/7 road side assist and tow, and I want someone to come have a look at the car, but no only tow. Useless. Got hold of the DP (Chris) from Bryanston and he said he will contact his workshop manager and a technician and see what they can do today. That was at 15:48, its now 17:43. Cant even let me know that they can't assist now. Pathetic. Had a look at the job card they gave from the service and on there it doesn't even state that the problem was attented too. Everyting else was but this. I was close to the Nortchliff branch, contacted them and they said I can leave my car there and they will have a look on Monday. Now I want to know how am I going to get to work and to clients on Monday. Don't expect Northcliff to have a spare car, since they didn't mess up. This is truly my first and last renault and and will never recommend it ever to anyone else
