I complained on this site about how unhappy i was, i was contacted by Renault SA service department, within a day Paul, the manager of Renault Bryanston contacted me and promised to come back to me. Last Friday he called and told me to bring in the car on Monday, which i did, i immediatly got a car while they were working on my car, i got my car back today in excellent shape. Paul and team called me daily to inform me of what they were doing and when am likely to get my car, i just want to say, Thank you
