Incompetent employees

A month ago I had a stone chip and upon repairing it after i paid for it, I realised that i had a huge flower imprint on my windscreen, the employee advised me it would dry up withing 3 hours, 24 hrs later it still was there so i contacted Garethat the lenasia branch, he spoke to the manager and my windscreen was replaced. However when they replace the windscreen, they broke the clips of the grill that holds the wipers, before i left PG glass, Gareth inspected the car with me and i had pointed out that the grill was not flush against the windscreen as compared to the other side, an employee by the name of Simon i think gave me some story of expansion and contraction of rubber and advised it will fall in place later on that afternoon i heard a rattle from my deshboard only to realise that the clips were broken, again i went to Pg glass and Gareth ordered clips, only to realise that its more than the clips that needs to be repaired, this has caused a great inconveince to me as now i have to go to Honda to enquire exactly what needs to replaced. I dont understand if employees are trained to do a job why are they so incompetent really this is not acceptable!!!
