Bought a new Suzuki Jimny from Ian at iPops JHB South. I filled in an online request, he phoned me within 10 minutes. Within 4 days he and Anzel had arranged my finance and the deal was done. I flew to JHB 2 days later to get my car - outstanding. What made the experience even better were the value added services such as a stand with my name on as i entered the dealership, a gift in my favourite colour, each employee coming over to shake my hand, the free AA service for 3 years, the attention to detail, the personalised file with valuable information inside and the registration documents with my name on. There was more and I am so impressed that all my future car deals will be with iPops and Ian - what an unexpected pleasure to deal with such professional, honest and efficient people. Did I tell you they even fetch me from the airport? WOW these JHB boyz know how to operate - Durban is so laid back you get used to rubbish service, so Ian and his team made a huge impression on me.
