Over charging

I contacted BMW on the 27.03.2013 to extend my motor plan and I was quoted R6111.76 I was busy saving up the money for this till today. I decided to contact them again today 08.05.2013 to get the new quote because I was aware that it is only valid for 14days and I had the money now to pay. Guess what, in less than 2 months the quote had gone up by R861.

How is it possible that the price can go up so much in so little time. This is not fair how they can increase our prices by so much. Where is the loyalty to their client.. I would understand a R100 or R200 increase but this is highway.

Very Disappointed in BMW.
