So here we go again... my car went back to them again for the 2nd time after I got it back with more problems! Once again no feedback, I have to follow up myself and now they are coming up with excuses about the problems. Thank You Outsurance for sending my car to them (sarcasm!) The car went to them in March, we are now in May and I am still without a car. I had the car for about a week since it has been with them.
