I am not please with the price increase for intercape to Kuruman from JHB. We normally pay R450 and now they charging us R1200, this is ridiculous, they charging us triple the amount and the service is still the same. I emailed them today and the consultant by the name of Jodene tells me its peak time and the prices are expensive. i am not happy with the feedback, when i responded and say i always use intercape, i am referred to contact the marketing department and i requested for my email to be forwarded to management. R1200 is a way lot for a 1 trip especially with the bus that is always late and most of the time stuck on the road.
