MY RED AUDI WAS SERVICED ON 10 APRIL 2013 AT THIS PLACE AND PART OF WHAT I WANTED DONE WAS FOR THEM TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF THE FRONT BUMPER GLAZE THAT'S PEELING. WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP THAT AFTERNOON I WAS TOLD THAT THE CLAIM WAS FORWARDED TO THE FACTORY AND THEY AWAIT FEEDBACK FROM THEM, AFTER WHICH THEY WILL ADVISE. TO DATE I HAVE NOT HEARD JACK FROM THESE PEOPLE, AND I CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SERVICE MANAGER WILL CONTACT ME, SHE OR HE NEVER DID. WHAT ONE DO IN SUCH A CASE BECAUSE I HAVE A FREEWAY PLAN ON THIS CAR WHICH SHOULD COVER THIS. WHAT MAKES MATTERS WORSE, WHEN THESE LITTLE SURVEYS WERE CONDUCTED TO RATE THE SERVICE, I DOUBT ANYTHING WAS DONE WITH THAT FEEDBACK BECAUSE I COMPLAINED THERE AS WELL. LET IT BE KNOWN IF WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT THIS BRANCH OF MCCARTHY IS TRUE, SERVICE IS GIVEN TO BLACK PEOPLE, BUT I ALWAYS WANT TO GIVE PEOPLE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT NOT TAKE WORD OF MOUTH. WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS, ARE YOU GOING TO FACILITATE THIS OR SHOULD I GO ELSEWHERE, I CANNOT TOLERATE THIS. PLEASE RESPOND WITHIN 24 HOURS OR ELSE I WILL TAKE FURTHER STEPS, THIS IS NONSENSE.
