PARTS CHANGED AND BILLED WITHOUT MY CONCERN

On the 04 November 2013, I took my car for a 60000 mileage service. i obviously had a budget for it and did not expect any parts to be changed. to my surprised, there was no phone call received advising me of further charges out of the service routine. to my surprised, on my return, the service bill was over R6000.

upon my questioning, i was advised of parts that were replaced, on whose authority? I had no choice but to pay the bill of which it took me out of my budget and it is my constitutional right to be informed of any further charges before any work can be done.

I was called today, to rate the level of service and I did stress my dissatisfaction but nothing has been done. I believe, no replacements of parts were necessary and want my money back.

I have dealt with different service garages and they inform me before replacing any parts, what is wrong with this one?
