I purchased a 2010 BMW 320i ZFH661GP from McCarthy Toyota Midrand on the 22nd of March 2013 and had little joy in driving the vehicle.
The vehicle is currently stuck at BMW Clearwater, since Sunday 21April2013. I was informed on the 23 April2013 that the motorplan was still in the name of the Dealer, which I believe on purchase should have been transferred into my name. The Dealer had to give authorization to enable them to do a quality check.
Following my discussion yesterday (26April2013) do I believe your sales
team who assisting me misrepresented your Dealership with:
1.Dishonest trademanship in disclosing full information both financially
and vehicle readiness. 2.The delay in changing the motorplan ownership from the day I collected
the vehicle. 3.The vehicle that could not be booked in for mechanical issues (humming
noise when idling). 4. The three mails (Unhappiness, Incompetence and Manner of approach)
still unanswered in writing.5. Paint work done that comprised the value of the car.6. The non return of the Avis rental from Thursday.
The way forward from my side, is that you exchange the vehicle for the
same as I will not feel comfortable in a car that in the 1st mon
