I send a painting to Portugal on on the 8th April, and to date it has not been delivered!!!
I have not received any feedback, and I am starting to realise that DHL actually couldn't care. I have paid R3000 for you to get my painting to Portugal, so it has been a month and still it has not been delivered. I have paid a lot of money for pathetic service. All I am told is that its in customs, they dont know why is hasnt been released. Surely there are DHL people in Portugal who can go to customs and see what is going on, and find a solution???
It has been in Portugal since the 10th April, and I have to beg for feedback. If I was not chasing this nobody would be querying this delivery. What sort of service is this?
And if you bother to respond to this complaint DO NOT get some call centre person to come back to me. I want answers, and I want the painting delivered. Heaven help you guys if during this time the painting has been delivered as all this is negligence on your part.
I have couriered may parcels and never ever have I had this kind of appalling service. In future I will use the couriers I normally use
