Faulty BMW, non-exhaustive service and no response

I bought a BMW 3 series 7 years ago. Right from the get go I was complaining that my car was shuddering. At every service when I made this complaint, the clutch was replaced. This would cause the shuddering to diminish, I would take the problem as solved.

Despite 7 years of services at Lyndhurst Auto, (whose customer service has been excellent over all that time), they never bothered to look into the repeated problem more deeply. My last service at the end of March/early April this year, they realized there was a problem with the fly wheel and replaced it.

Now the car drives much smoother (smoother than when it was brand new) and in retrospect I realize that the car was faulty from day 1 and the problem had never been addressed by the replaced clutches.

I emailed both Lyndhurst Auto and BMW about this, they promptly replied acknowledging my email and promising a response. After that nothing, despite an email asking for updates to the situation. NO REPLY.
