On the 9th April 2013 at 16h51 filled 49.250 litres of petrol only to drive about 50metres when car came to standstill, road assistance towed at 9pm into George, next morning was told by Chery Motors that the fuel was contaminated and had to be pumped out, I then phoned Engen martin Bekkers Motors where I filled up and was told by Mr Botha that they would look into it, after numerous calls I realized that he and never did anything so my husband phoned Mr Max at head office and lodged a complaint, the fuel and report of damage was at the garage and no one bothered to follow it up, 1 day trip from Cape Town to Oudtshoorn became 4 days. emailed all the invoices of the fuel, damage to my car with full damage report and accomodation etc to head office and have sample of fuel only to be told that they investigating and if I could take my sample to Martins Bekker which is 5 hours drive from Cape Town when NO ONE BOTHERED to do anything when car was at the Chery Motrs and after I was told that anyone could have tampered with the fuel, Seaman's Motors 044 8732039 . I want to be reimbursed on all my expense and R637.35 fuel that was pumped out again.
