I previously pre-maturely complained about Mercedes, I purchased from Delta Auto land in Silverton Pretoria, on this side. We since had a meeting on the 1st of November 2013. They listened to my complaint, treated me with dignity and compensated me the amount that I have spent on fixing the car. I am very happy about the manner in which the situation was handled. I would thus hereby wish to withdraw my complaint.
I would just like to add that I would gladly purchase a vehicle from them in the future as they have shown integrity in their after sale service and would gladly refer my friends and acquaintances to buy from them too.
