Bad attitude

Spoke to the owner just who kept me on hold whilst he took other calls. When he finally spoke to me I asked him why he kept me on hold for so long - then he hung up on me. I called back and asked him why he did that. His reponse was ' Do I spend all my time phoning people and tuning them ". Now is this the type of service one should get? This place should not be supported. He has no respect for the customer.
