Hail damage repairs that were quoted for and approved for repairs by insurer gets postponed by MultiSpray from October 2012 to March 2013 due to apparent lack of dent removal contractors being available. After 6 months of driving a horribly dented car the booking for 23 March 2013 was finally reached. The car was booked in at MultiSpray, stripped and promised for delivery within 8 days. After 3 days I was called by MultiSpray and told that they had under-quoted and that I should come and collect my car, "as is", and take it elsewhere. After refusal to accept this the car was taken to Twin City panel beaters who were prepared to do the repairs for the originally approved amount and the delivery of the vehicle was then for another week later thus necessitating 3 weeks of car rental. Twin City panel beaters completed the car to my satisfaction but some of the parts that MultiSpray had stripped were now missing. On request for the parts from MultiSpray, Wilna Dreyer was to get back to me but is quoted as important as a CEO of a company and declined to do so. If the parts come off due to lost parts and cause damages, MULTISPRAY is liable. DON'T TRUST MULTISPRAY FOR ANY REPAIRS!!!
