I met with Maree Benskin in order to to discuss employment opportunities. Maree did not understand the field of investments at all. I was nervous because this was the person who was going to represent me with the applicable company. She did not grasp the importance of her role, she just came out of high school. Why did I not have her supervisor with, in the interview process? When I requested updates, she simply told me "keep applying yourself".
I don't blame the young recruiter, I blame Bridgena Barnard Personnel Group for putting me across an immature and clueless recruiter.
All I ask is that don't waste other people's time, like you did mine. I could never get that time back. If you truly want to help, get experienced recruiters accompany the juniors.
