I registered with quest about 2 months ago as I was applying for a vacancy at one of their clients. Unfortunately I was not successful however I then applied through a different agency and was successfull and got the job. I belong to one of the groups on a social networking page and one of the recruitment consultants from quest who did not actually interview me for the post nor did I ever meet her went and named me on this page and I quote " too bad " my name and surname " was not successful for this position at quest.. I was very unhappy about it as I feel that information was confidential. I went and emailed my agent at quest and she advised that she spoke to her superior about the matters and she advised that there was nothing wrong with whar the recruitment consultant did she just mentioned I was not successful for the post and never disclosed any information about red or credit history or anything else. So basically what they saying is ita fine is they disclose whether you were successfull or not on a social networking page for hundreds of thousands of people view and it and its fine.
