I visited your institution in Durban on the 15/06/2020 I spoke to the lady called Lettisha who said she will liaise with me through email and watsapp due to COVID 19, I submitted my documents to her she said she will process my application. I waited up until July 2020 then I decided to try doing on line application on my own then I failed. I went back to her still nothing happened. I liase with the guy who said he is calling from your head office after he sees that my application is not finalised, he then reffered me to the lady called Samukelisiwe Nkosi who tried on her best to assist unfortunately the commette diclined my hounors application. She advised me to do Advance diploma but she never told me that this diploma is for Business Mangement yet I was interested to pursue my career in Public Administration. On the 28th of October 2020 I received PRO FORMA that says I registered under Business Management which is not related to my work and it was not even my choice, I reported that to Nolundi Maqhanga student advisor. They promise that they will try by all means to correct their error because I was suppose to send proof of registration to my employer before thr 30th of October 2020. I waited for your service for almost five months and not get assisted with what I was expecting. Due to that I am unable to get the financial aid from my employer worse I am not in private sector I am in the public sector, so my intention was to pursue with my career in the Public Administration.
