Please DO NOT waste your time trying this "agency" - they are unprofessional from start to finish. I had alot of patience, wasted ALOT of time & energy with them-
They make empty promises, sweet talk you & make you give them more than one chance, only to let you down anyway.
I was reluctant to try them after seeing a Hello Peter complaint from a unhappy client, so I let Lerato know about this. She reassured me that the person that complained on Hello Peter was "making up stories" & I should give them a chance, I will not be dissapointed! They then promised a "free trial" with a helper to reassure me of how reliable & professional they are. I accepted.
Upon me enquiring the day before, that everything was in order for my free trial & that the helper was aware of the arrangement - Then ONLY (2 weeks later me after accepting their offer) was I advised that it was not "free" - I need to pay the helper on the day, the agency was not paying for her as implied in "free trial" - I accepted this anyway & waited for the helper the next day. She was apparently 1 of their best & a group supervisor.
SHE NEVER PITCHED or CALLED! Agency now tells me she had no bus fare.
RELIABLE??? SURE!!!
